As one of the world’s largest airline catering companies, it was essential for LSG Sky Chefs to receive a full-scale design and build for their first kitchen of the future. Expert coordination and construction management was a crucial element of completing the project on time and on budget while enabling current operations to remain functional.

We were thrilled to partner with LSG Sky Chefs once again as their chosen contractor to implement their very first “kitchen of the future” design. During this project, D-Mar renovated both the hot food line and cold kitchen operations. While the first floor of the facility remained in operation, we replaced the entire second floor.

This project was completed over several phases and required a large effort over various containment zones, including walls, negative air, and air scrubbers. D-Mar wanted to ensure the facility remained operational throughout the 5-month project.
