This large scale operation required a rare 100,000 square feet of commercial kitchen space with 32,000 square feet dedicated to freezer and refrigeration. D-Mar delivered a quality project that was completed within the necessary short timeframe and exceeded the client’s vision.

From site selection, design, building and project management, D-Mar delivered a state of the art commercial kitchen with high-efficiency lighting and HVAC, 30-foot tall freezer and 32,000 square feet of refrigeration with hot and cold elements, all completed in unison. D-Mar used a streamlined approach to project management to successfully carry out daily communication, staging and coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and clients. This close team approach led to exceptional results just six months from permit to completion.
